Within the ARISE-NUTRINT project, several capacity-building activities are planned to enhance competencies of adolescents and youths on reaping benefits and impacts of health policies. This will be accomplished through, for example, a training platform that will provide virtual training on drivers of health and nutrition to enhance competencies of adolescents and youths as well as impacts of policy options in the communities. Furthermore, training opportunities for early career research scientists to strengthen the pipeline of research focus on adolescents’ and youths’ health policies in SSA will be provided.
