Nolwazi Cynthia Dlamini is the Director of KwaZulu Natal Population & Development. The former Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg (CSRP). The founder and chairperson of the Provincial Government Research Forum (PGRF). A member of International Impact Evaluators (IPDET). She is also serving as Community Advisory Board Chairperson of UMlazi surveillance initiative to nature grassroots action (USINGA). Country coordinator for gender & sexuality Conferences. Provincial chapter Marketing & Communication representative for the Humanities and Social Sciences Alumni Association (HSSAA). The former Provincial Secretory Provincial Government of Kwa-Zulu natal, South Africa United Nations Strategic Cooperation Framework (UNSCF). A best paper nominee of annual National Institute Humanities of Social Sciences (NIHSS). She is a graduate of the University of Durban-Westville, the University of Natal and University of South Africa (UNISA). She is Research Fellow at the Durban University of Technology (DUT). She is also a member of South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM). She developed interest on gender issues & sexually reproductive and rights, looking at the issues affecting women and young girl I developed an interest in finding a possible solution to help a young girl.
